Welcome to the TPT Training course
The main usage of the TPT (Bob) Process is very simple and can be learnt in just this one sentence.
‘Feel the emotion you want to clear, watch the 10 second TPT Process video, then click ‘I Agree’ button at the end of the video.’
That’s it!
One important thing to know is always do the ‘Primary’ Process first with new clients and repeat it with any returning clients that have a return of negative self talk (mind chatter).
The other use of TPT Process is ‘naming’ the event/situation. There are times when a client needs to be taken deeper, or process an event or situation in a different way.
For example, a rape victim is possibly not going to want to “feel” the connected emotion. In this situation they can “Name It” instead.
Also sometimes the event that is trying to be cleared has no emotion or memory of where it started.
For example ‘public speaking’ may have an emotion in many cases, but there’s also levels of public speaking fears that are not as obvious as actual emotions.
In these cases it can be named as –
‘Any and all negative emotions related to public speaking’
The training therefore goes thru and covers these other aspects for using TPT in different ways.
90% of the time though it’s used simply as: feel it, watch video, agree.

When working with clients you’ll be sitting down with them and you’ll simply advise them what to do step by step and they’ll use the ‘Client Process’ in the menu at the top of this page that have no TPT logo etc.
