Training: TPT ‘Custom List’ Process
If you haven’t already, start with the ‘Primary‘ Process.
The difference between this and the Name It Process is simply a different way to do the statements. At times you may want to do a statement that is very wordy. Or several statements together that are related to each other.
Simply write the statements out on a piece of paper and then write ANY heading for example ‘statement 36’.
Then say “statement 36′ and play the video.
The headline on the custom list you created becomes the ‘statement’.
The custom list headline is simply a reference point so your subconscious knows what you want to process.

Step 1:
Make the statement in this case the headline of the custom list.
Step 2:
Play and watch the video below.
Step 3:
Click the ‘I Agree’ button when instructed to.
