This one single page is used for the completion of all processes except the Primary process.
Now check in and see if the previous situation or emotion has changed.
Even if you have only done the ‘Feel It’ and got great results still do the ‘Name It’ and if possible several ‘Name It Differently’.
Always run the client thru all three on any event/emotion.
When getting them to check if it is ‘gone’ keep in mind that if one thinks about it to much, IT can return as the process of thinking about it reconnects that neural network and the emotions connected to it.
This is really only an issue with events that are fresh and raw in the person mind. Such as a recent relationship break up.
We’ll be releasing in the near future the ability for you to offer clients, with this situation (fresh/raw events), the ability to purchase a monthly membership FROM YOU that will allow them to login at anytime anywhere on their mobile and repeat the process. The reason being when something is REALLY fresh and raw then they may need to repeat it EVERY TIME they allow themselves to get caught up in thinking about it and recreating it. The more often they do it the less they’ll think about it and the sooner it will no longer be fresh and raw.
Sidenote:
There’s a little book called ‘The Serenity Principle’. The basis of the serenity principle was that just how physical pain in the body was a message or reflection that you were physically doing something wrong, negative emotions were simply a reflection that you were thinking incorrectly.
At the moment until that new feature is created, the best alternative is to walk them thru the three levels, ie ‘Feel It’, ‘Name It’, and then name it differently using all the statements suggested in the FAQ section or enough of them to clear the majority of it.
There is one statement that I have not added anywhere else and in case I forget I’ll add it here.
Lets say you spend an hour with a client and go thru many statements around a specific event and they get results, but they ‘undo’ those results before they come back again, perhaps because it was fresh and they got caught up in thinking about it.
On the next visit instead of having to go thru all of these again simply use this statement (after you redo the Primary):
“All statements used in the previous session”
Use the statement above as a ‘Name It’ Process.
I’d suggest that you use your intuition to go thru all the statements in the FAQ section and create some flash cards with several of the chosen statement on each.
Also create your own statements to use with clients. Perhaps you decide to specialize in just one area like relationships, or teens, family, domestic violence, Postpartum, etc
Number the cards and then use those with the ‘Custom List’ process. So the client can simply look at the card and then say ‘all statements on card 8’ and do the custom list process video.
Keep in mind that those that need what you can now do the most often have no money as they are so bad they live on welfare. So mix it up with other clients that are happy to change their relationship for $200 so if you choose to you can help those less fortunate for free and yet still pay your rent.
